OIST Internship Program 2027 (Fully Funded) — Japan
The Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology Graduate University (OIST) is now accepting applications for its fully funded Research Internship Program 2027, offering international students and recent graduates the chance to conduct hands-on STEM research in Japan.
Program Overview
OIST’s Research Internship is a short-term placement where selected interns work in an OIST laboratory under the direct supervision of a faculty member. It’s also a strong stepping stone for students considering OIST’s PhD program later — interns who complete an internship of four months or longer may be eligible for lab rotation equivalency if they enroll in the OIST PhD program within a year.
